At DGSWear, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dgswear.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4550 SW Murray blvd apt89 beaverton OR 97005 (Our Store).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
